Job Boardly — Digital Services Act Compliance

Version 1.0 — Effective as of 6 May 2026

Job Boardly qualifies as both a hosting service and an online platform under Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (the “Digital Services Act” or “DSA”). The following provisions apply in respect of our EU users.

 


 

1. Points of contact

In accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the DSA, Job Boardly designates the following as its single point of contact for communications from EU member state authorities, the European Commission, and recipients of our services:

As a provider established outside the European Union that offers services to EU recipients, Job Boardly has designated DataRep as its EU legal representative in accordance with Article 13 of the DSA. Recipients of our services, EU member state authorities, and the European Commission may contact DataRep directly in relation to our DSA obligations:

When mailing inquiries, please mark your letter for “DataRep” (not “Job Boardly”) and refer clearly to Job Boardly in your correspondence.

 


 

3. Notice and action — reporting illegal content

In accordance with Article 16 of the DSA, if you become aware of content on a job board operated using the Job Boardly platform that you believe to be illegal, you may submit a notice to:

We will acknowledge receipt of your notice, take action where appropriate, and inform you of our decision and the reasons for it.

 


 

4. Reporting of criminal offences

In accordance with Article 18 of the DSA, if Job Boardly becomes aware of information indicating a criminal offence involving a threat to the life or safety of persons, we will report that information to the relevant law enforcement authorities of the EU member state or states concerned.

 


 

5. Transparency

Job Boardly qualifies as a micro or small enterprise under the Annex to Commission Recommendation 2003/361/EC and is therefore exempt from the annual transparency reporting obligation under Article 15(4) of the DSA.
