Having jobs categorised and tagged is important, it improves the user experience, by helping visitors easily filter jobs by categories and tags.

I’d like to request support for mapping company logo URLs directly in the XML importer, similar to how logos are handled when jobs are imported via ATS integrations such as Greenhouse.
Current behaviour
The XML importer only supports pulling logos indirectly via the company website URL.
If the company website URL is missing (which is common in scraped or aggregated job feeds), JobBoardly falls back to a LinkedIn icon, which is currently happening on many imported jobs.
Even when a valid company logo asset URL is available in the XML feed, there is no field to map it, and logo rendering is not supported from that URL.
Problem
In many real-world XML feeds (including mine), we reliably have:
Company name
Job details
Company logo URL
…but not the company’s website domain.
This results in:
Incorrect or generic LinkedIn logos appearing on the front-facing job board
Reduced visual quality and credibility of listings
Extra manual work to enrich or correct company data
Requested enhancement
Add support in the XML importer for one of the following (either would solve the issue):
A dedicated Company Logo URL field that accepts a direct image asset URL
Enhanced logic that allows the existing Company Website field to accept and render logo asset URLs when no domain is present
Why this matters
Aligns XML imports with ATS imports (feature parity)
Improves front-end presentation and trust for job seekers
Supports job boards that aggregate from multiple external sources where company domains are unavailable
Reduces dependency on LinkedIn URLs, which currently produce incorrect branding

I see you have a banner feature on the roadmap. It would be great if they're location and/or category-specific so they're extra relevant to the viewers, and also so we can run multiple at a time.
I built a floating one with CSS + HTML that's currently applied site-wide on my job board, and I find "personaization" quite limiting because I cover multiple locations and categories in my niche.
Another cool feature would be to embed them directly in the body of specific job post categories. Say after every X paragraphs? Or before/after the job text. We could then enable people targeting professionals in a particular niche or location to pay specifically for ads. Another revenue source for Jobboardpreneurs, instead of just jobs.
More suggestions: a pre-approval page so we vet the ads before they're published. Then, the client is notified to proceed with payment. Ads expire just like jobs; a placeholder replaces expired ads, and the client is notified. They can also track clicks and views via their customer link, etc. Same as the current process with the jobs.

I'm a JobBoardly user in Indonesia that hasn't been able to use the paywall feature of JB because Stripe doesn't offer their services here. The majority of web visitors and mobile app users here use the local e-wallets such as Ovo, GoPay, ShopeePay (like in Malaysia and Singapore), QRIS, DANA and some others. They also don't use Paypal as the majority of the population do not have credit cards. Payment gateway providers such as Xendit and Midtrans have covered most South East Asian countries and provide ways to make payments from local e-wallets. Even Steam gaming platform provide the Dana payment gateway for Indonesian gamers. I hope JB could add more payment gateways (other than Stripe, and Paypal) to cater SEA countries. This will help folks with many Turbo Backfillers consisting of rules and keywords. Currently we have to delete a Turbo Backfiller, then to re-create it just to run it at a different time other than the ongoing backfilling cycle timing. This would mean re-entering the dozens of keywords and rules with potential errors (missing keywords, wrong regions, misspells, etc.). Cleaning up backfilled jobs with the wrong filters can be a mess and not efficient. Currently we add or modify the backfilling filters by typing in each keywords into the filter input fields, or copy-pasting one keyword at a time and pressing Enter every time. Please allow easier data input to the filter input fields, such as the ability to copy-paste a whole lot of keywords that are separated by commas.
The Job Backfiller 24-hour cycle period cannot currently be modified nor scheduled, so changing backfilling timing can only be done by deleting a backfiller and creating a new one at the desired time, which also means re-entering filter keywords into the fields. I would like to suggest the display of job post date on the job posting. This is a common feature of all job sites. It is imperative that the date the job was posted appears on the job posting for the following reasons:
- For Employees: Know if this is an old job post or a new one, if it's worth applying or not.
- For employers: Many of them have duties to show efforts of recruitment (for example they must recruit at least 30 days before submitting some applications). The Date of job post showing on the job post itself serves as evidence that they have done the job for the length of time required.
- For agencies: they need proof that they have done the advertising part of their work.

Greenhouse filters not working▾
Greenhouse magic aggregator is pulling every single job listed on the careers page, even when filters are selected and present in the URL link. For example, this is the link entered into the magic aggregator: https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/redcellpartners?keyword=nurse
, and I'm getting jobs pulled in that are not related to nurse at all, and I don't see nurse anywhere in the job description either. Examples for redcellpartners: Mechanical Engineer, VP of Development and Operations (Advanced Communications), VP of Cyber.
I've noticed the same thing on other greenhouse links in the magic aggregator, too. I'm used to jobs getting pulled in that are irrelevant to my niche, but after watching it closely this past week, it's wasting a lot of credits because it's not following the filter parameters. I tried deleting old magic aggregators I had set up for greenhouse companies and re-entering them as new in the magic aggregator, and did not see an improvement.

Currently, all job postings on JobBoardly include a jobLocation.address block, even if the position is fully remote. This results in Google Search Console warnings about missing addressLocality, addressRegion, streetAddress, and postalCode.
According to Google’s JobPosting schema guidelines, if a role is remote, the correct implementation is to remove jobLocation entirely and use the field:
"jobLocationType": "TELECOMMUTE"
This allows Google for Jobs to correctly recognize and display the role as remote worldwide.
Request:
Add support for jobLocationType: "TELECOMMUTE" when a job is marked as remote.
Suppress the jobLocation.address block for such postings.
(Optional) Allow specifying applicantLocationRequirements if the employer wants to restrict candidates to specific countries/regions.
