Job Boardly (“we”, “us”) engages third-party service providers (“sub-processors”) to assist in delivering our platform and services. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they are listed below in accordance with our obligations under Article 28 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and UK GDPR.
We contractually require all sub-processors to implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data and to process data only on our documented instructions.
We will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any intended addition or replacement of sub-processors by updating this page and notifying affected customers by email. If you have concerns about a new or replacement sub-processor, please contact us at hello@jobboardly.com within the notice period. See our Data Processing Agreement for further details on your rights in this regard.

SCCs — Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission under Decision 2021/914. For UK data transfers, SCCs are supplemented by the UK Addendum issued by the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), or the International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) as applicable.
EU Adequacy Decision — The European Commission has determined that the destination country provides an adequate level of data protection, such that no additional transfer mechanism is required.
N/A (EU-based) — The sub-processor is established within the EEA; no international transfer mechanism is required for EU data.
